This is the post that I would like my future self to give to everyone of you i.e. students, graduates, every individuals of technology field or of other field.. Its because I want each of you to be okay there. I know you are lost right now but its going to be fine. You will survive the mess. You might be thinking how do I know? What I am talking about? So silly, let me tell you I am here in 2015 and trust me I have come over the same phase you are going on right now. Many of my friends, juniors classmates were talking about the career, asking about the job opportunities how was it ? how did you get it? what should be done? etc.. So I decided to write all about it for you. Here, its not that I am advising you to do this or do that. Its just my personal experience and sharing it with you all thinking it might be a little help to figure out what next..
Its not only you, everyone go through this phase unless you are a "Topper" or a student with all "A grades". One of the most challenging aspects for developing the career is tolerating the fact that how unmotivated you are.. So what, you are not among the one with all "A", so what you belong to an average !! Just don't let them define you by your grades, it brings a self doubt about yourself. It is never up to anyone to motivate yourself its you YOURSELF to find the motivation for your self. In this hyper competitive world, average grades and failures are considered as serious problems but you need to prove that being an average doesn't means he/she cant succeed.
Yes, some might get very frustrated, worried and helpless about further career programs after graduating what to do? where to go? I say don't waste your time just move forward and go for it !! Sometimes you find out what you are supposed to be doing by doing the things you are not supposed to do. I know many of you are feeling what the shit I am doing and why I am doing this? Why can't I just have the courage to make a decision for my career? The answer to all these questions is CARRY ON BECAUSE SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO GO FOR IT.
Talking about myself, I was also an average student with "B" and "C" grades. With Biology knowledge I entered Information Technology it was not that easy, but being an average again, I graduated !! No regrets, I tried my best and I did it. But honestly speaking being an IT graduate I am a bad programmer, I hate these delicate coding stuffs. I was not that good in practicals, I entered my internship having theoretical knowledge. There they used to ask about many and every things of IT and I used to speak up only about theories and act as a dumbo during practicals. Internship days are the nightmares they make us do everything design, development, seo, content writing, documentation and sometimes even the one to marketing through calls. They used to make me work till 7:30 pm and sometimes call early in the morning and yes, I was working for FREE !! I was tortured with piles of tasks, I was humiliated it was hard but at that time the only thing in my mind was I have to do all these if I want a productive career. I dint give up, I tackled with problems, I exercised by skills, I learned and the most important thing was I developed myself. When I had confidence then I skipped from there to the next as a professional. Now, I feel that those internship days were blessings which made me capable for today. The things taught in schools and colleges are not an education, but the means of education the real education is when you struggle to develop and learn yourself.
So, just don't roam around or sit at your home complaining about the teachers that "he would have give me 1 marks more 2 marks more" think you could also have done better, don't be afraid to join company just because you are not good at practicals and please don't hesitate to move ahead thinking you are just AN AVERAGE. Once George W Bush said "To those of you who received honors, awards and distinctions, I say well done. And to the "C" students, I say you too may one day be president of the United States". Search for motivations, get inspired and follow it. You need to move ahead as fast as you can. So move your ass out and work hard that would be a better bet for you !!

It's unlikely a potential employer will ever ask you about your GPA. Why would they? There's so much more to him than that. You have brains in your head and feet in your shoes. You can take yourself in any direction you choose. You are on your ownYou are the one who will decide where to go and what to do. Your time is limited, so don't waste it. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart. The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams. Keep dreaming and work with passion one day you will fulfill it.
TO THOSE WHO SAY TO STOP DREAMING AND FACE REALITY, LET US SHOW THEM BY DREAMING AND MAKING THOSE DREAMS REALITY !!
